Nadia Islam Studio offers:

  • Museum-quality giclée art prints produced from original hand-drawn artworks
  • Digital downloads, including colouring editions and digital studies

Each product listing includes detailed information to help you make an informed purchase.

Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing methods.

Giclée Art Prints

  • Giclée prints are produced using archival pigment inks on museum-quality fine art paper. Metallic elements may appear flatter in reproduction
  • Prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated.
  • All prints include a white border to assist with framing and handling. The artwork is centred within the paper size.
  • All prints are reproductions of original artworks; the original hand-drawn artwork exists as a single, one-of-one piece
  • Editions may be open or limited, as specified in the product description

Digital Downloads

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and made available after successful payment
  • No physical item will be shipped
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your device can open and use the provided files
  • Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered

Licence & Usage

All artworks, whether physical or digital, are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

  • Display giclée prints in your personal space
  • Print digital downloads for personal use
  • Use colouring editions for private, mindful colouring or study

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the artwork or files
  • Use the artwork for commercial, promotional, or resale purposes
  • Reproduce the artwork for sale in any physical or digital form
  • Modify or extract elements for commercial use

All rights remain with Nadia Islam Studio.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its payment partners
  • Nadia Islam Studio does not store or access your payment details
  • Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital sales are final
  • Refunds or exchanges are not offered once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded

If you experience a technical issue, such as:

  • Difficulty accessing your download
  • Corrupted or incomplete files

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist by:

  • Providing a replacement file, or
  • Restoring download access

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect file selection
  • Printing outcomes or colour variations

Giclée Art Prints

As each giclée print is produced to order:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement if necessary.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Colour variations due to screen or printer differences

Delivery

Delivery details, time frames, and costs are outlined at checkout and on relevant product pages.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Intellectual Property
