Refund policy

At Nadia Islam Studio, each artwork is produced to order with care and attention to detail. All prints are made specifically for you once your order has been placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Because every piece is printed and prepared individually, refunds or exchanges are not available for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect size selection when placing the order
• Minor colour variations between your screen and the printed artwork
• Variations that may occur during the printing process

We encourage customers to review all product details, dimensions, and images carefully before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within three (3) working days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we ask that you provide clear photographs showing:

• The damaged artwork or print
• The packaging it arrived in
• Any visible defects

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement print where appropriate at no additional cost.

Please note that damaged items must be reported within the timeframe above so that we can investigate the issue with our production and shipping partners.
